Bruce has been a Financial Adviser for over 20 years and he is the founder and Director of Sage Care Advice, located in Maroochydore. Aged care is nothing short of a passion for Bruce. Having experienced the emotional rollercoaster of aged care when his father entered care in 2012, Bruce decided there was the need for a specialist financial advice service to support families undergoing the aged care journey of placing a loved one in residential care. Bruce’s first aged care client was in 2003, so he has seen many changes occur to the rules around aged care over the years, along with the changing rules to superannuation, Centrelink and the advice profession itself.
